Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the payment terms stated in their applicable proposal, service agreement, invoice, checkout page, or other written agreement.
Payment obligations for fractional or professional services are subject to the applicable written service agreement and payment terms. Where applicable under that agreement, payment timelines may extend up to 60 calendar days from the date of service.
Digital products may include templates, guides, playbooks, downloadable resources, and other immediately accessible materials. Product descriptions, delivery terms, and usage conditions are provided at checkout, in product details, or in related written materials.
For professional and service-based work, there are no refunds for time already worked, services already performed, completed work, or resources already provided to the client. For digital products, all sales of digital downloads, templates, playbooks, guides, downloadable resources, and other immediately accessible digital products are final, and there are no refunds once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Original Virtually Limitless Business Solutions frameworks, methodologies, templates, documents, training materials, digital products, written content, graphics, systems, and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Virtually Limitless Business Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership or resale rights.
Customers receive a limited license for their own permitted use of purchased materials. Without written permission, customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or commercially exploit protected materials.
Virtually Limitless Business Solutions may recommend or assist with third-party software, CRM platforms, automation tools, and other technology services. Those platforms are controlled by their providers, and Virtually Limitless Business Solutions cannot guarantee their availability, performance, pricing, policies, security, integrations, or future functionality.
Virtually Limitless Business Solutions may recommend or help implement artificial intelligence tools and technology-based workflows. AI and technology outputs can vary, may contain errors, and may change over time as vendors update systems. Clients are responsible for final review, validation, and decision-making before use in operations, communications, compliance, or customer-facing activities.
Consulting, recommendations, systems, strategies, templates, automation, training, and other services do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, sales, leads, business growth, cost savings, or other financial results. Outcomes depend on factors outside the control of Virtually Limitless Business Solutions, including market conditions, execution quality, timing, staffing, competition, and client decisions.
Each party may receive confidential business information during an engagement. Virtually Limitless Business Solutions will use commercially reasonable care to protect client confidential information and use it only for service delivery purposes. Clients agree to protect confidential and proprietary materials provided by Virtually Limitless Business Solutions and not disclose them beyond authorized personnel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtually Limitless Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website, services, or digital products.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtually Limitless Business Solutions from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, services, digital products, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Virtually Limitless Business Solutions may suspend or terminate access to services or digital products if terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or continued service becomes impractical. Clients remain responsible for payment of amounts due for services performed and products delivered up to the termination date.
Virtually Limitless Business Solutions may update these Terms of Service or modify service and product offerings from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, unless a different effective timing is stated in writing.
These terms are governed by and interpreted under applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
